How can I pick up my Convention Badge?
Local regulations require security checks at the entrance of the Palais des Festivals, therefore we expect longer waiting times than usual.
Please take advantage of our Pre-Check-in Stations the day BEFORE the convention starts to avoid long queues.
Pre-Check-In on Tuesday, 20 September
Due to the huge crowds that will be attending this year, you might miss the legendary opening show if you wait to check in on the day of the convention. Therefore, we highly recommend using our Pre-Check-In Stations on Tuesday at the following locations:
Don't forget to bring your convention ticket including the QR-Code to the Check-In to pick up your badge (either digitally or as a print-out).
If you lost your ticket, do not worry! We will re-send your convention ticket by email on Tuesday, 20 September so that you have it on top of your inbox.
Please note that the ticket preview generated on the REUCON22 App can NOT be used to pick up your badge.
Check-Ins during the convention
If it's absolutely not possible for you to pick up your badge on Tuesday 20 September, make sure to come early enough on Wednesday to avoid long queues.
